Passionate about diversity and representation, she’s been part of the Women’s Work curation panel and judged the Gerety Awards. When she’s not deep in ad-land, you can catch her on TikTok and YouTube as Vikkipedia, oversharing as usual.
Virginia Woolf, Photographer
Virginia Woolf is an award-winning commercial photographer and Canon Master, specialising in outdoor adventure, lifestyle, and portrait photography. She loves telling meaningful stories—whether it’s chasing glaciers for a climate change project (The Final Meltdown) or uncovering the untold history of Chinese New Zealanders (Xīn xī lán).
From high-altitude assignments in Nepal to sleeping under the stars in the Sahara, Virginia goes wherever the story takes her. With a fearless approach and a belief that diversity makes us all stronger, she creates bold, authentic work for editorial and commercial clients who share her sense of purpose.
She brings energy, warmth, and a love of the unexpected to every project. Mostly, she just loves photographing people, places, and the stories that connect us.
