Imposter Daisy is a reflection of confidence in creativity through self-portraiture, delving into the psyche of an artist’s self-doubt and criticism of their own craft. This photograph features a hand-painted backdrop, an antique vase filled with roadside daisies, tall and spilling out of their vessel, much like the dreams and ideas from the mind of the artist, only to be shied away from as seen in the mirror.
