Anne Boothroyd - She/Her
Executive Creative Director, Dentsu Creative Aotearoa. Anne is a highly decorated advertising creative, recently transitioned to Dentsu Creative to take up her role as ECD. She has created visionary campaigns for some of New Zealand’s most iconic brands, and was named as one of Campaign Asia’s 40 Women to Watch 2021.
Kat Tadaki - She/Her
Kat describes herself as an “idea generator, art director, underdog hype girl and equality fighter.” She’s a talented Art Director who has toured the agencies here in Aotearoa and now has a home at Saatchi & Saatchi
On top of the day to day biz, she’s also extremely passionate about education and awareness of the gender spectrum, as well as diversity in all its forms. She’s been a delegate for the Google Rare Masterclass 2020 and 2021 and a panellist for Omnicom's Open Pride Trans-Tasman talk about the importance of pronouns for International Pronouns Day.
Benn Jae - He/Him
Benn Jae began his creative journey studying at the CQU Conservatorium of Music in Australia, before moving on to Hair Styling and found his passion in Image Making. He’s a multidisciplinary photographer and director, who has launched a hybrid creative agency/production company Loser Kid.
Natalie Robertson - She/Her
Natalie is a photographer, moving image artist, writer and Associate Professor. She recently completed her doctoral thesis Tātara e maru ana: Renewing ancestral connections with the sacred rain cape of Waiapu Kōkā Hūhua through the University of Auckland. Natalie’s 2012 essay “Can I take a photo of the marae?” - Dynamics of Photography in Te Ao Maori (the Maori world) received widespread international distribution and has generated some valuable discussions.
Haylie Craig - They/Them
Haylie is a creative who sits at the intersection of art, design, technology, business problems and societal issues - empowering minority groups, clients, partners and organisations to tell stories and reach audiences in new ways. They deliver digital, data, integrated communication campaigns and tech-led innovation solutions, in order to help find and deliver the right solution.
Victoria Baldwin - She/Her
Victoria is a photographer, the joint Executive Producer of stills at Film Construction and the founder of Women’s Work.
Originally from Sydney, Victoria grew up with an obsession for food. Upon finding a love for photography, those two worlds naturally combined. Since then she has delved into every part of the process and now finds herself equally at home in a field as she is in the studio. Victoria shares her skills to create a better world, with equality and compassion at it’s core.
